It's not out of the question some new company owned by a Liberal donor or MP gets a fat contract and makes book on it (like Bayliss did on the ventilator deal) but to actually successfully design and execute a confiscation program? Not a hope. Voluntary compliance is the only way anything happens, and the longer it drags on, the smaller that pool of folks gets.
