I have had landowners offer exclusive access, without being asked. One person wanted some deer removed, because they were eating his shrubs, but he wanted someone he trusted hunting his home quarter. Another landowner, and AO member, offered us access, because he was sick and tired of dealing with a couple of disrespectful outfitters.
