Most Hornady brass is not great. I would not buy it if I had other options. I would only buy once fired from someone I trusted because a lot of stuff advertised as once fired has been shot a heck of a lot more than once. I have used a lot of range pickup brass that I actually saw being fired from factory so I have nothing in general against truly once fired brass.
Bad to better brass in my experience.

Personally, Federal I won't use even if it is free. The only Hornady brass I use is their 375 Ruger because until recently, with the PRC cartridges becoming popular, no one else made it.
