Bad to better brass in my experience.

Federal
Hornady
Remington
Winchester
Starline
Privi
RWS
Nosler
Norma
Weatherby
ADG
Lapua
Alpha
Peterson

Personally, Federal I won't use even if it is free. The only Hornady brass I use is their 375 Ruger because until recently, with the PRC cartridges becoming popular, no one else made it.
Dean, you are spot on, but I’ll rearrange the last 4 to :

Peterson
ADG/Alpha
Lapua

But of course that’s just my opinion and based on specific cartridges. :-)
