Sarah my wife and me went for a last stay in the trap cabin to clean out everything for the year because the road is opened up May 15 and then there are hundreds of visitors in the park. When we were going in we saw some really fresh tracks that got a lot fresher the closer we got to the cabin until we scared the grizz of the snomobile trail. My wife was a little scared as we didn't carry a fire arm as usual. On the way out we also saw some good wolf and black bear tracks around my old bait piles, And it was good to see some fresh lynx and martin tracks too. I hope all the people visiting the park carry some form of protection because the critters are hungry at this time of year.
