Here is a recipe that I got from a neighbour.
It has a sweet flavour to it. Best if smoked.
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of curing salt
1 cup of Soya Sauce
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup Royal Red wine
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
Optional ingredients
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of Worchester sauce
dash of cayenne powder
Good for about 5 lbs of meat
