A filleting knife has nothing to do with guthooking a fish. I'm not bashing you but I am just saying gut hooking fish is not very ethical. I hate it. Its the same as shooting an animal in the guts really. You can't always keep the fish, if they aren't the right size (pike = 63 cm) etc.
