Agreed, first off something has to be done with the preditors, but if you did make it archery only then you would have more guys being albe to hunt which would make the general public happy due to the decreased wait period.
On top of that throw a $100 bounty on wolves and an increase number of femails cats that can be taken before seasons close and you're set
