I used some on my TAC A1 6.5CM , I'd bought it just for something to use to get the gun sighted and set some velocity baseline expectations for it. It ran in the 2740 range, box said 2820 on the 129gr.
Also checked Fed Premium w/130 Berger, ran 2749, box said 2875, Browning 130 Sierra ran 2900, the Hornady 140 ran 2591 avg, 147 Hornady ran 2659 avg.. Gun has a 24" bbl.
Accuracy on the Herter's was reasonable, 1MOA, about as expected, had some horizontal spread as it was blowing pretty good there, 4 out of 5 were @ .75moa. Berger's worked better, 5/8moa, but the ES/SD sucked on them all, except the Hornady 140 Match load, 8.7 SD, rest were over the 20 mark, 147 Hornady Match ELDM ran 30.1 SD.. I didn't bother with shooting groups with the others, just shot speed, next time.
I was reasonably impressed with the Herter's for the price. If I was using the gun for hunting, I'd consider it.
