got into the mayo seen when I was over in Europe...fries with mayo...I remember sitting on the side of the street waiting for the bakery to open as the sun was rising so I can get a few broetchen's and a chunk of Liverwurst....wash it down with some fine red wine......maybe that is what got me into fine sammiches?
