That is correct, it gives you access to their restricted approved range so that covers the legalities. Whether you actually ever make the drive to use their range is another matter entirely. That it also is a good organization that educates hunters and provides outdoor advocacy is just icing on the cake. I posted this thread 3.5 years ago and the membership has sufficed for the CFO for a number of restricted purchases since.
