When wet the trail from Rock Lake to the first river crossing can be biked. The last few km to the river the trail splits, take the high route or you will be swimming.

Trying to cross the wildhay with all the rain right now would be ill advised.

The trail from the river to eagles nest can be a really muddy ride, if you hike and get off the trail its a decent and scenic walk.

Wait for the weather to turn, the ground to dry up, and the river to recede a bit.

But yes you can bike to eagles nest and further.
