Hey Guys,
I should have taken some photos but it completely slipped my mind while I was doing it. I had some walleye to fillet yesterday and instead of grabbing my Fillet knife I grabbed the Benchmade Meatcrafter I have because I was wondering how it would work on fish...
My point here being is that just because something isn't labeled a Fillet knife it could still do a wicked job on fish if the shape of the blade is correct. If anyone else has one kicking around and you like to fish I would recomend you trying it becasue I had a very pleasant suprise when I did.
