Unfortunately Drake...... dogs much like children are usually under control, but at times do things that are beyond their owners/parents desires. Life is too short to get that uptight about a dog or kids ruining your silence/solitude. I would suggest that if solitude is what you want go somewhere that is not a major use area for everyone!! Otherwise take the good with the bad.....and have a sense of humor! It will take you much further in life, and it is soooo much easier to laugh and have fun then grump and b!tch.
