Hey, have any of you guys tried those wood gas stoves that were developed in Iskut B.C.? There are lots of plans on the net. Two small paint cans or soup cans and weigh about 6 oz. Supposed to boil 2 cu. water in 5 minutes using 2 oz of wood. I made and tried one and it takes a little longer. Nice thing about them is you don't have to pack fuel. There is always something out there to burn. I was thinking about using it if I ever go for Stone or Dall's sheep again.
