These are great questions you probably should have considered before you put your name in the draw! You're 12 hours away, that's two pretty long travel days plan for 5 hunting days. Camp in Zama is $200/night/person which includes food. Looking at $500 in fuel, need to bring a snowmobile, I'd say, your looking at $2200 easy, by yourself, which I would not recommend. I wouldn't worry about the meat freezing. If you need help I'll guide you for $500/day + expenses.
