I work at a relatively small geotechnical materials testing firm and we are looking for a hard working, down-to-earth, detailed individual for a full time position based out of the Red Deer office. The boss put a few ads on indeed.ca and received quite a few applications, with the majority of candidates being out east. As its a relatively small, close knit team, finding the right personnel is critical so I thought I'd let it be known on here. Experience isn't required, but the following is:

-Good verbal and written communications skills;
-Strong leadership, coordination and interpersonal skills;
-Honest individual willing to work while seeing the big picture; and,
-Ability to pass an Alcohol & Drug test as required by clients.
