INDEED 
Bullets leave the muzzle going UP cross your line of sight at X then reach there maximum height at Y then drop back till they cross you line of sight at X2, then proceed to fall to the ground at some point which is point Z.
So with the right sight in and ballistics it is VERY possible to sight in at at two useable real life hunting ranges.
P.S. bullets never shoot FLAT they are falling the MOMENT they leave the muzzle.

- Sightron rifle scopes, 4.5x14x42mm or 4x16x42mm
especially! with the HHR reticle. (no duplex pls.)
- older 6x fixed scopes with fine X or target dot.
