Made a cheesecake in it yesterday. I think the recipe called for 26 minute cooking time. To do it over I would increase time a couple minutes...maybe to 28. The outer edges had the proper consistency and firmness, but I think the inside is a little too soft.
All in all a great first attempt lol. I was skeptical at first, but now Im a believer. Its a remarkable machine!
