I have the VacMaster 112S which isn't as fancy as the VacMsater 215. Its been absolutely amazing. I picked up mine from across the boarder as it was way cheaper than buying it in Canada. Bags are also cheaper and better quality. I got mine from webstaurantstore.com and they have 30% off sales quite a bit. Mine was $500 USD with free shipping and 1000 4mil quart size bags ~5c/bag.
I have done three deer with mine and if you Sous Vide it makes it definitely worth while. If you have any specific questions let me know. It's a little noisy, although I do mine in the basement and you can't hear it from the main level.
