Again as a response to your post. It is not payback time. That is a poor statement. It is not payback on terrorists if you kill innocent people as a response.
It is not true revenge because the attack was unprovoked on innocent people so unless you preface that with the statement revenge in the mind of an extremely twisted evil individual that was wrong on all points to do what he did.
