I'm out Edmonton way for a week or so and would love to hook into a couple of fish we don't have out in the lower mainland. I brought a light spinning combo, a few spinners and spoons and some random hooks and junk, and my float tube. If a guy didn't have much travel time from Northlands, is the best bet out by Strathcona Science park or Dawson bridge? Somewhere else? What would you locals throw in the water, and what would you target at these spots this week? (Just full of questions, aren't I

Some company would be great, but I can't really tell what my week is going to look like yet. Most likely weekday evenings or really early mornings are going to be best for me.
