Yes, there are. With the steeper gradient, the water being clear, and with less nutrients, the fish are a bit smaller. You'll find more bulls - but some areas are pretty challenging to reach, and it can be downright dangerous if you happen to slip/swim. Given the current level though, probably the best chance in years though. Can be really tough to cast in some sections - the trees love leaders and multi-fly rigs. The easily accessible/visible sections tends to be pretty barren.
Try the section in BlueRock, below the little fall halfway to the bridge.

Fenix_84 and myself fished a 2.5km section lower down on Saturday. Probably 30-40 fish between us, again all sizes. Predominantly wihitefish, some decent rainbows, and a brown.
