That link pretty much contradicts what every other so-called expert has to say.
One or two sizes up on a 4wt for small streams?
One or two sizes down when it is windy?
I will admit I never tried this but with every other company promoting fast rods and size + 1/2 lines, it makes no sense.
Have you tried this theory of his?
