While she was unemployed a few years back, my wife took a Chinese cooking course from a chief who had emigrated from Hong Kong. Ever since then, she pulls out her wok and does a killer stir-fry at least once a month.
She tells me that her next stir-fry will be with prawns and some of my wild pheasant.
