Tough call, Gio is not normally a dirty player but the replay looks bad with the head snapping back and the knee on knee.
I will say this, if the department of player safety is willing to suspend Cogliano on a 1st time offence and most likely cost him a hockey hall of fame induction, I think Gio may be a little worried at this point.
