Would you be kind enough to point me in the direction of your facts. As I would like to know. The Government has be quite hush hush about this part and I while I probably don't blame them I would very much like to know.
Certainly commercial hatcheries where the first to be found positive. And perhaps I am wrong but I seem to recall a hatchery by Lacombe was the first.
