The resin in acraglas gel kinda crystallizes.
If I'm down to the last little bit, I will put my resin on my mixing plate, and hit it with a heat gun for a little bit, which gets it back normal enough to use and I haven't seen any negative side effects. Then add your hardener and go on as you normally would.
I try to use it in lower stress areas if I heated it (just incase), but I'm cheap and like to use it all up before opening a new batch.
