Default I beg of you to reconsider. You are way too high.

Some years ago I visited a neighbor who had a 500 gallon fish tank in his porch. He put a wild kokanee in that tank and it went crazy swimming around and around until you could not see through the water it had disturbed the filthy gravel so bad. There was a cat watching all this; he could not see that little salmon but he knew it was there.

Soon enough that kokanee leapt from the tank and landed behind the freezer that the tank sat on. That cat was on that fish and the ruckus created by the cat/fish fight was wildly amusing while it lasted. The cat emerged victorious and well fed so we went back to the beer.

If you keep wild fish, get rid of your cat! And put a lid on the tank. And remove the gravel and scenery. And maybe not snag fish that you don't intend to eat.
