Seems pretty simple to me....Dont go stealing people stuff and you will never have a problem..
Maybe it would have been better if he walked out there in his ginch and politly asked the robbers not to steal his property

I think it was Charleston Heston that stated the reason people call the police is because they have a gun and will come and protect you...He opinion was why not arm yourself and cut out the middle man
