I'd have to double check, but, as far as I have seen yet, the OIC's related to non-restricted transfers have not been published yet, and unless they did it this wk, the RCMP is jumping the gun on stating this, again. I believe at this point we still are not actually required to call for the transfer nbr for non-restricted, that they will be issuing once the OIC's are put thru. They would be published in the Gazette if they have been put thru. May not be long though.
