Wanted to bring the rest of the team into the loop on the proactive steps Vortex Canada is taking with the incoming Open Box Sale from Vortex. Our incredible service team have noted a benefit to adding a Delrin shim plate when sighting in the Vortex Venom or Viper red dot to add some extra elevation aiding the sight in process. Additionally, for the Viper RDS, the shim provides additional tension between the battery and contact point.
Currently, there are 33 units (both Venom RDS and Viper RDS) en route via the Open Box Extravaganza. In order to provide the best customer experience with these units, we are sending you some pre-made packages to be included with the sale of the Venom and Viper Red Dots. These packages include the following:
Delrin 1 degree Shim Plate
Instructions/explanation sheet (also attached for your reference)
Business card for a direct contact with our service team
Small Logo Sticker
This proactive step will hopefully mitigate any customer issues and will direct the user to contact Darryl Wilson at Vortex Canada with any questions. Would it be possible to include this envelope package with each Viper and Venom Red Dot sold?
