no ARTIFICIAL preservatives....
but 8oz of NATURAL preservatives, in a 16oz loaf, and you could argue that unless it was a product from outer space, anything made from/on earth is Natural
the bread by McGavin's made for "The Bay" will do the same....
you don't even need to have the bag well sealed.
