Honest Mechanic
I (as well as a number of people I work with) use Garland's (Edmonton Tr x 40Av area) whenever I need anything major. He once spent several hours trying to free a seized seal for me, even having to borrow a press from another shop. Still only charged the hour that the book indicated for the job.
