+1 for the bitzenburger jig
I'm currently shooting a 4 fletch, left helical for my hunting rig. When bare-shaft tuning, my bow puts a slight left rotation on the arrow (right handed bow). Might be splitting hairs here but if you're going through the effort to build your own arrows, ya may as well take every gain you can get.
