Pretty sure if 1 million dollar prize for biggest confirmed carp each year would keep the number of carp in check... I would target them. I love fishing and the chance to get a big payout would have me catching and killing carp every weekend!!! Call it the million dollar Carp derby. Would be shoulder to shoulder at the carp waters.
