I had a Marlin 308MX, and sold it on this site. The trigger was horrible from the factory, but with stoning I got rid of most of the creep, and got it down to about 5 lbs. The 308MX cartridge is close to a 308win in performance. Factory loads are very limited in selection, as is brass,
