The first step in this whole scenario should not be a public inquiry but a criminal investigation. If he indeed did these things he needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, anything less is disingenuous and is a big step into full distrust of belief in a free democracy. If this doesn’t warrant prosecution with serious jail time (if allegations are true) what does a politician have to do for it to be considered criminal activity?
