Kind of amazed at the large number of people who use regular Mayo. To me that is relegated to Chicken, Turkey, egg salad or tuna salad, as in all of the delicate flavoured ones. Everything else gets a spicy dressing or a good quality mustard, especially red meats, pork, various sausage and ham.
