I made a batch of seeds up the other night that turned out perfect. Put your seeds in a plastic siplock bag( after washing and rinsing), pour in a liberal amount of franks red hot, add some cajun spice, some garlic powder. let sit for an hour or so. Bake in the oven at 175-200 for about 2-3 hours stirring and mixing lots.
