This has a VERY unlikely chance of getting through, but good luck. Especially with the tightening of security with the recent incidents. BTW, politicians will say anything, but when it comes down to their vote, the bigger wallet always wins.
I think the big question has to be.. Why?
Is there a sudden increase in deaths by animals? That would've changed if they were carrying? How are you going to deal with poachers? You've basically just given them an out.
