Carter
It looks like Jimbows has a couple Carters online but I am not sure what they have in store for testing. I think they carry more Stan than Carter. Heights Archery in Winnipeg has lots of options but you wouldn't be able to test drive it.
Another option would be Hailee Daniels at Ontario Archery Supplies. She actually has a rental program (or she did) so people can try a number of different releases before purchasing. Hard to get a real feel in 20 minutes at a shop.
