Salmon sauted in extra virgin oil with garden fresh onions, on a bed of salad consisting of English cucumber (cubed), roma tomatoes, chick peas, romaine lettuce dressed with EVO and juice of half a lime, a scoop of plain yogurt and flavoured with a Bombay spice mix of Indian origin.
I think I could charge $18.95 at most restaurants. Hardly any prep time, and basic ingredients.
