Start with the Crows Nest Angler. Www.crowsnestangler.com

They will have updates for the crow but can offer some good advice for any of the streams down there.

Country pleasures also has frequent stream updates for the High Country as do a few other shops but sometimes I wonder if some just copy the others reports as they can be almost identical.

You can also check out Albertafishingguide.com for some reference but one of the handy little booklets I have buried in my pack is a little map book of Southern AB streams. It has the OldMan and its tributaries and I believe hatch charts and common flies. Barry Mitchell's guides can be helpful and I think you can get those even at Canadian Tire.

You may find some guys just don't want to give up info on where to go. If you can find the OldMan you have already found some of the best waters S.AB offer and there is no lack of variety along its entire stretch.
