Nose button
A couple things. The nose button is a great tool for peep alignment and preventing movement from happening during the shot. When I say movement I mean peep movement in relation to sight. Your sight should perfectly fit within your peep so that the rigs of each match up. I would use both as shooting without a peep with drastically decrease accuracy. As some have said it sounds like your peep may be in the wrong position. As for hammering the trigger that’s target panic. No peep won’t fully solve that, you either need to train yourself out of it. Which is near impossible or start shooting with tension activate releases and no sight.
