Thanks Lefty, I prefer not to have to do that but excellent advice if I get many responses that say 48 clicks is way more than normally needed for a properly boresighted scope. Maybe I'm still well into the normal range at 12 inches off at 100 yds...I have no idea what's normal but judging from some previous threads where people are starting at 25-50 yds just to hit paper, maybe I'm in the right ballpark.
