Good point,I have worked on trains,if the handbreaks are set then it was outside interference.And the hand lines for the airbrakes have to be pulled Each car.That`s why the Cops are starting a criminal investigation.
AND....I still want to know how you get explosions like that from ruptured tanks.Crude just don`t burn as easy as 1-2-3 crash...instant multi car involvement.Jet fuel maybe,gasoline for sure ,crude oil????
Not to forget that the Loco caught fire shortly before all this.Stinks to high heaven.
