I do not believe they are, if they are I have never heard anything about it. I know Walleyes and Perch are effected by what I have been lead to believe a depth of 30' +.
I know I will be going back, that's for sure, I am hooked lol an exciting fish with absolutely amazing scenery.
I will google your inquiry on the depth and whether or not it effects them.
