It is my understanding that the deepcurls went off market because they took to long to make and were cutting ingredients the mfg time of their plated pistol bullets. They stopped running the lines for component rifle bullets until they could rejig the mfg process to be more profitable. They are the same bullet as used in fusion branding. The only failure I know of was a 6-700yard bull elk where the fusion factory failed to expand. Said bullet cut an artery so the bull was recovered and the bullet looked like you could reload it if you wanted
