You might be too late booking for in a couple of months if you haven't already. Most places are now booking into February, after the new year for sure. Two months ago I was lucky to get my steers booked in for before Christmas.
I used Sangudo for several years and stopped last year. Too many issues with the job being done. I was selling beef and it seemed every year there was screw ups with the orders. Some not cut as requested, some missing meat or organs. They weren't always willing to make it right and it got worse as time went on. If they cut yours as requested and you get all your meat the job done is good. Too bad as they are handier for me to get to than the other place I'm going to
